Denver’s Cupid is proud to host Tanner Garner Coaching for a two-part Enneagram Workshop. If you are seeking a deeper level of understanding for your relationship with yourself or with others, this is a great way to start your year. You will leave with a deeper understanding WHY you do what you do, how you respond to stressful situations, and mindfulness tools to help you regulate yourself through the ups and downs. The Enneagram is a beautiful tool to help you have more compassion for yourself, and for those around you.
Session 1: Discovering your number: January 21, 2023: 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
This lecture will spend time on helping you find your personality type(number). By the end of the session you will have a good understanding of what the enneagram is, and will learn a formula to help you decipher your number/personality type.
